Milton Katz

Milton KatzMilton Katz

Milton Katz was a Professor of Law at Harvard University beginning in 1939. He served as United States special representative in Europe, with rank of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary, 1950-51, as well as Chief of the U.S. delegation to the Economic Commission for Europe and Chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Katz because the Director of International Studies at Harvard Law School. The Milton Katz Papers, 1921-1995, are in the Truman Presidential Museum and Library.
